451 - Pathways to Success All 16 Modules
Pathways to Success is designed to instruct and inspire new licensees and recently transferred agents in the tools and techniques offered through the Real Estate One Family of Companies, ultimately leading to a profitable and rewarding real estate business. Agent entrepreneurs will learn to utilize the latest in Internet Technology, Agency Relationships, Contracts, Presentations, Negotiations, Foreclosures, HUD, Title, Mortgage, Insurance and other Affinity relationships. Prospecting and Marketing as well as Company Culture and Market Trends will be thoroughly discussed. Legal issues such as RESPA, TRID, EMD, & Fair Housing will be covered both from a company and a State perspective. Visiting speakers will introduce agents to options for growing their business. Students are encouraged to follow the 16 Module Path and participate in the online learning simultaneously. Every Monday 2 modules are presented for 8 weeks. Agents should pre-register, however they may begin the 16 module sessions on any Monday. A student may make-up any missed modules with separate registrations.
